Relationship

Drone Destination is solely a technology provider, providing you with a platform from where you can choose courses/training relevant to you. For the clarification of doubts, Drone Destination is the Course Provider for the courses/training listed on the platform. Drone Destination is responsible for the course/training content, schedule, training, examination, review, certification, and all other matters related to the course/training, including but not limited to schedule, fee, and cancellation of the course/training in which you enrol using the Platform.

Due Diligence

You are requested to verify your academic and professional requirements, the details of the course/training you are interested in, and the details of Drone Destination before making any payments either on the Platform or to Drone Destination.

Fee

All fees are directly determined by Drone Destination, and Drone Destination has full control over determining the fee, its payment conditions, cancellation, refund, or forfeiture conditions.

Payment of Course/Training Booking Fee :

The fee payable may be divided into an advance course/training Booking Fee and the remainder.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The following shall apply to cancellation and refunds:

1. Student Actions:
1. If a student cancels the course after payment of advance within the cancellation period applicable, Drone Destination shall subject to the cancellation policy refund the applicable amount after deduction of INR 49 as Platform/transaction charges.
2. If a student pays the advance and does not pay the full and final fee and does not join the course, then the advance shall be totally forfeited.
3. If a student cancels after the cancellation period allowed by Drone Destination, then the advance is totally forfeited.
2. Drone Destination Actions:
1. If the course/training is cancelled by Drone Destination, for any reason, then the refund shall be fully made without deducting Drone Destination’s Platform/transaction charges. You are advised to refer to the details of the schedule, cancellation, and refund policy.

Charges of Drone Destination

Drone Destination does not charge any Platform/transaction fee for students who do not cancel the booking. However, for students who cancel the booking, the Cancellation and Refund Policy as mentioned above is applicable.

No Liability or Involvement of Drone Destination

Drone Destination is the sole Course Provider and designer of the course/training. Hence, any dispute regarding a course/training you opted for shall be between you and Drone Destination. You hereby unconditionally agree and acknowledge not to hold Drone Destination responsible in any manner for any dispute and waive all claims against Drone Destination in any dispute directly or indirectly linked to a course/training you have opted for or otherwise. You shall indemnify and keep harmless Drone Destination (including its affiliates and subsidiaries) or its directors, employees from any claim, losses, damages, fines, expenses arising out of any disputes.

Data Privacy

The personal information provided by you is used by Drone Destination in the manner and provision as permitted by the applicable laws of India and shall be subject to Drone Destination’s Privacy Policy. Your acceptance of the conditions herein includes the acceptance of Drone Destination’s Privacy Policies.

Limitation of Liability

Drone Destination shall have no liability whether direct or indirect for consequential losses, loss of opportunity, losses, claims, or damages for any dispute, expense including but not limited to legal expenses for any act or omission.

Disclaimer

Drone Destination is acting solely as a technology platform containing listings of courses/training provided by Drone Destination. Drone Destination makes no warranties or representations about the courses/training listed, the manner and content of the courses or training provided.

Course/Training Provider Policies

With respect to your interactions with Drone Destination, the terms and conditions herein shall prevail over any conflicting conditions elsewhere.

Right to Use and Publish Information

You hereby grant Drone Destination full right to use, share, and advertise your information for the purpose of promoting lawful interest of Drone Destination in an accurate and legal manner.

Grievance Officer

In case of any grievance with respect to these terms and conditions, you may reach out to manjusha@thedronedestination.com. Notwithstanding anything contained anywhere else, the decision of Drone Destination shall be final in case of any unforeseen issues.

Governing Laws and Jurisdiction

The interactions between Drone Destination and you are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions shall be subject exclusively to the courts of Bangalore.
